Instructions
- Chop the squid meat, cabbage, and green shallots.
- Mix all sauce ingredients together.
- Heat olive oil in a hotplate or frying pan over high heat.
- Add cabbage and green shallots to the hotplate and stir for a few minutes.
- Add squid, tenkasu, rice, and egg noodle to the mixture.
- Stir-fry and mix all ingredients together.
- Serve in two bowls and top with fried eggs, aonori, bonito flakes, and pickled ginger.
