Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 serve steamed egg noodle
  • 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 2 tbs chopped green shallots
  • 2 tbs Tenkasu
  • 1 cup squid meat, chopped to bite size
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 2 fried eggs

Sauce

  • 2 ½ tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tbs sake

Instructions

  1. Chop the squid meat, cabbage, and green shallots.
  2. Mix all sauce ingredients together.
  3. Heat olive oil in a hotplate or frying pan over high heat.
  4. Add cabbage and green shallots to the hotplate and stir for a few minutes.
  5. Add squid, tenkasu, rice, and egg noodle to the mixture.
  6. Stir-fry and mix all ingredients together.
  7. Serve in two bowls and top with fried eggs, aonori, bonito flakes, and pickled ginger.
