Instructions
- Prepare the tempura by breading and frying your seafood and/or vegetables.
- Cook the soba noodles according to package instructions and chill them.
- To serve, place the tempura on top of the chilled soba noodles.
- Prepare the dipping sauce (tentsuyu) by combining the water, kombu, soy sauce, and mirin.
- Serve the dish with the dipping sauce on the side.
