Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and prepare two 8-inch round cake pans with cooking spray.
- Blend the strawberries until pureed.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
- In another bowl, mix the powdered sugar, oil, yogurt, and strawberry puree until creamy.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Distribute the batter evenly between the prepared cake pans.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cakes to cool completely in the pans before removing and frosting.
