Strawberry Grilled Chicken Salad

Honey Dijon Dressing

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (350-375°F).
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Prepare the grill by spraying with cooking spray or rubbing with an olive oil-soaked cloth.
- Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the whole grain mustard, dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, minced garlic, dry basil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine the spinach, strawberries, blueberries, broccoli, mandarin oranges, pecans, and green onions.
- Slice the grilled chicken and add it to the salad, then drizzle with the honey mustard dressing before serving.
