Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok and add garlic, onion, and dried red chilies, stir-frying until fragrant.
- Add cashew nuts and chicken, stir-frying until the chicken surface turns opaque.
- Mix in all sauce ingredients and continue to stir-fry until the chicken is cooked through.
- Stir in scallions and serve immediately with steamed rice.
