Ingredients

The roast

  • 3-6 lb Chuck Roast

The seasoning and toppings

  • 9 pieces Pepperoncinis
  • ½-1 cup Pepperoncini Juice
  • 1 packet Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 packet Au Jus
  • ½-1 stick Unsalted Butter

Instructions

  1. Place the chuck roast in the crock pot.
  2. Pour the pepperoncini juice over the roast.
  3. Scatter the pepperoncinis over the roast.
  4. Sprinkle the Ranch powder over the roast.
  5. Sprinkle the Au Jus powder over the roast.
  6. Place the stick of butter on top of the roast.
  7. Cover the crock pot and set to Low for 8-10 hours or High for 4-6 hours.
  8. Once done, shred the meat and mix it with the drippings.
  9. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
