Kumquat Marmalade

Ingredients

  • 400 g Kumquat
  • 160 g sugar
  • 200 ml water

Instructions

  1. Wash the kumquats and remove the stems.
  2. Cut the kumquats in half and slice them thinly.
  3. Place the sliced kumquats in a small saucepan over high heat.
  4. Add the sugar and water, then bring to a boil.
  5. Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium and let it simmer for about 15 minutes or until thickened.
  6. Turn off the heat and pour the marmalade into a sterilized jar.
