Instructions
- Wash the kumquats and remove the stems.
- Cut the kumquats in half and slice them thinly.
- Place the sliced kumquats in a small saucepan over high heat.
- Add the sugar and water, then bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium and let it simmer for about 15 minutes or until thickened.
- Turn off the heat and pour the marmalade into a sterilized jar.
