Instructions
- Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in water for 20 minutes, then dice them after squeezing out excess water.
- Combine diced mushrooms, ground chicken, and chopped scallions in a bowl with seasonings and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Wrap one teaspoon of filling in each wonton wrapper, sealing tightly.
- Prepare the soup base by mixing chicken bouillon powder, salt, white pepper, and sesame oil with boiling water.
- Boil the wontons in a separate pot until they float, then drain and transfer them to the soup.
