Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Rinse and dry the fish fillets thoroughly.
- Line a broiler rack with aluminum foil and lightly spray it with oil.
- Rub the fish with 1 tsp of olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary.
- Place the fish skin side down on the oven rack and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the fish and bake until cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.
