Roasted Snapper Fillet

Ingredients

The fish

  • 3 fillets snapper

The seasoning

  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary or fresh oregano
  • to taste kosher salt
  • to taste fresh pepper
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • for serving fresh lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  2. Rinse and dry the fish fillets thoroughly.
  3. Line a broiler rack with aluminum foil and lightly spray it with oil.
  4. Rub the fish with 1 tsp of olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary.
  5. Place the fish skin side down on the oven rack and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  6. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the fish and bake until cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.
