Fish Fillet in Cream Sauce

Instructions
- Rinse the fish fillet and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the fish for 2 minutes on each side.
- Remove the fish and set aside, draining excess oil but leaving about 2 tablespoons.
- Add diced onions and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in cream, milk, tomato sauce, paprika, white pepper, thyme, parsley, and broth, and season with salt.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then let it simmer for 7-8 minutes.
- Add the fish back to the skillet and adjust the sauce thickness with more broth or water if needed.
- Simmer for another minute or two, then remove from heat and serve warm.
