Instructions
- Cook the ground beef with oregano, cumin, garlic powder, and salt in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Prepare the toppings while the beef cooks.
- In each bowl, add 1 cup of rice and ¼ cup of hummus.
- Divide the remaining ingredients among the bowls as desired.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
