Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by mixing sesame seed oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, red chili pepper flakes, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
- Marinate the cubed tofu in the mixture for at least 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- While the tofu marinates, preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare the Turmeric Hemp Hearts Topping by mixing cereal, hemp seeds, turmeric, garlic, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and sesame oil.
- Spread the topping mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, then cool.
- Drain the marinated tofu and reserve the marinade.
- Massage the reserved marinade into the chopped kale and divide it among 4 bowls.
- Top each bowl with bell pepper slices, radish slices, avocado slices, and marinated tofu cubes.
- Garnish each bowl with the Turmeric Hemp Hearts Topping and serve immediately.
