Instructions
- Press the tofu for at least 30 minutes by wrapping it in a towel and placing something heavy on top.
- Prepare the kale by removing stems, cutting leaves into strips, and rinsing them.
- Sauté minced garlic in oil, then add the kale and cook until wilted. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
- Mix chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar in a bowl for the tofu sauce.
- Cut the pressed tofu into cubes and fry in a heated skillet with oil until golden brown on all sides.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the tofu and stir to coat.
- Assemble the bowls with cooked rice, sesame kale, and chili garlic tofu. Serve with lime wedges and cilantro.
