Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture for 30 minutes, then cut into cubes.
- Season the tofu with salt and coat with cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a skillet and fry the tofu until golden and crispy.
- Dice the bell pepper, slice the green onions, chop the cilantro, and slice the avocado.
- Combine the fried tofu and bell pepper in a bowl, then mix in sweet chili sauce.
- Assemble the bowls with rice, tofu mixture, avocado, green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
