Instructions
- Press the tofu for about 30 minutes to remove excess moisture.
- Cook the rice according to package directions, adding salt, and then mix with toasted sesame oil once cooked.
- Slice the pressed tofu into triangles and marinate in a mixture of oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, and brown sugar for about 20 minutes.
- Prepare the spicy peanut sauce by mixing peanut butter, sriracha, soy sauce, grated ginger, brown sugar, and hot water until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet and cook the marinated tofu until browned on all sides.
- Sauté snap peas in the same skillet until bright green.
- Assemble the bowls with sesame rice, tofu, snap peas, and drizzle with spicy peanut sauce, garnishing with green onions and sesame seeds.
