Honey and Wild Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup mango chunks, fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup wild blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 heaping tablespoon raw honey
  • ½ cup kale or any other add-ins

Instructions

  1. Blend bananas, mangoes, blueberries, yogurt, and milk until smooth.
  2. Add kale and honey, then blend again until smooth.
  3. If desired, add ice cubes and blend until smooth.
  4. Top with additional blueberries and serve immediately.
