Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease the doughnut pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients: oat flour, sweet rice flour, cane sugar, almond meal, coconut flour, ground flax, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients: almond milk, applesauce, oil, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into the doughnut pan and bake for 18-22 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the doughnuts to cool before removing them from the pan.
- Prepare the glaze by whisking together all glaze ingredients until smooth.
- Dip the cooled doughnuts in the glaze and place them on a cooling rack to set.
