Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C) and grease the donut pan.
- Sift the oat flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg into a bowl and whisk together.
- In another bowl, combine the vanilla, vinegar, and coconut milk, then pour into the flour mixture and stir until combined.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan and level it off.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the donuts to cool slightly before turning them out onto a cooling rack.
- Melt the vegan butter and mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Dip each donut in melted butter, then coat in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
