Instructions
- Prepare the donut tin by spraying it with coconut oil and preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond meal, arrowroot flour, baking soda, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, rice malt syrup, maple syrup, and softened coconut oil until runny.
- Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients and whisk until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the donut tray and bake for 6-8 minutes, keeping a close watch.
- Remove the donuts from the oven and let them cool on a baking tray.
- Roll the donuts in the cinnamon sugar mixture and enjoy.
