Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Whisk together the dry ingredients in one bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients using an electric mixer.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Use a scoop or your hands to form small balls and place them on a lined cookie sheet.
- Bake for about 15 minutes.
- Prepare a bowl of water and another bowl with coconut sugar.
- Once the donuts are cool, dip them in water and then press them into the coconut sugar.
- Turn the oven to broil and place the donuts under the broiler for about a minute to melt the sugar slightly.
- Serve warm.
