Cinnamon Sugar Donuts

The cinnamon sugar coating

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF (177ºC) and grease a standard donut pan.
- Mix the flour and softened butter together with your hands until well combined.
- Add the yogurt and mix with a fork until the dough is formed.
- Divide the dough into 6 pieces and roll each into a rope, then place in the donut pan and press the ends together.
- Bake for 20 minutes until set and slightly golden around the edges.
- Let the donuts cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
- Once cooled, lightly spray or rub the donuts with oil or melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
