Cinnamon Sugar Mini Donuts

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, nutmeg, and salt.
- Add the buttermilk, egg, and melted butter to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Spray the mini donut pan with nonstick cooking spray and fill each donut cup about halfway.
- Bake for 4–6 minutes, or until the tops spring back when touched.
- Let the donuts cool in the pan for 4–5 minutes before removing.
- Dip each donut in melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar.
- Allow the donuts to cool and firm up for about 15-30 minutes before serving.
