Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease the donut pan.
- Whisk together the dry ingredients in one bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients and whisk until smooth.
- Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Transfer the batter to a piping bag and fill the donut pan about ¾ full.
- Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until the tops spring back when pressed.
- Let the donuts cool slightly before turning them out onto a cooling rack.
- Dip each donut in melted butter, then coat in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
