Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease the donut pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, and softened butter until clumps form, then refrigerate.
- Melt butter in a small microwave-safe bowl and let it cool slightly.
- In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
- In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, egg, milk, and slightly cooled melted butter, whisking until well combined.
- Add the flour mixture to the pumpkin mixture and stir until just mixed.
- Transfer the batter to a piping bag and pipe into the prepared donut pan, filling rings ¾ full to make 6 donuts.
- Crumble the refrigerated streusel over the top of the batter.
- Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool the donuts in the pan until cool enough to handle, then transfer to a cooling rack.
- Whisk together powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon of milk, and vanilla for the glaze, adding more milk until pourable.
- Drizzle the glaze over the donuts and allow to set for 5 minutes before serving.
