Mini Powdered Sugar Donut Muffins

The coating

unsalted butter

confectioners’ sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
- Beat the butter and sugar together until creamy, then add the egg and vanilla, mixing well.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt, then gradually add the milk to form a thick batter.
- Spoon the batter into the mini muffin wells, filling them about ⅔ full.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean, then cool in the pan for 5 minutes.
- Melt the butter for coating, then dunk each muffin in melted butter and coat with confectioners’ sugar.
