Gluten-Free Donuts with Cinnamon and Sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla.
- Add the flour, baking powder, and baking soda; stir well.
- Fill a sprayed 6-count donut pan ¾ full with donut batter.
- Bake for 16-22 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the donut pan before removing.
- For the cinnamon sugar, stir together the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Brush a thin layer of melted butter onto a cooled donut, then dip it into the cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat one side.
