Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 12-count donut pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients together.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, vanilla extract, and egg or flax egg, then pour into the dry mixture.
- Add the almond butter and mix until a batter forms.
- Transfer the batter to the greased donut pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the donuts cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- For the glaze, whisk together the yogurt and confectioners' sugar, then frost the cooled donuts.
