Ingredients

The batter

  • 2 ¼ cups almond flour
  • ½ cup granulated sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup coconut milk

The frosting

  • to taste keto frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and grease a 12-count donut pan.
  2. Mix the almond flour, sweetener, and baking soda in a large bowl.
  3. In another bowl, combine the eggs, apple cider vinegar, and coconut milk.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Transfer the batter into a ziplock bag, cut a corner, and squeeze it into the donut pan.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, then let cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  7. Frost the donuts if desired.
