Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and grease a 12-count donut pan.
- Mix the almond flour, sweetener, and baking soda in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, combine the eggs, apple cider vinegar, and coconut milk.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Transfer the batter into a ziplock bag, cut a corner, and squeeze it into the donut pan.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, then let cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Frost the donuts if desired.
