Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Spray the donut pan with cooking oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the wet ingredients and stir until well mixed.
- In a separate bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and stir.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.
- Spoon the mixture evenly into the donut pan to make 6 donuts.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- While the donuts are baking, prepare the glaze by mixing the whipping cream, powdered sweetener, and vanilla in a small bowl until combined.
- Remove the donuts from the oven and let them cool in the pan for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the donuts to a cooling rack and allow them to cool for at least 10 minutes before frosting with the glaze.
