Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease the donut pan.
- In a large bowl, mix almond flour, Swerve, baking powder, and salt.
- Add eggs, melted butter, whole milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and whisk until combined.
- Pour or scoop the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about ¾ full.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, checking for doneness until golden brown.
- Let the donuts cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
- Prepare the vanilla glaze by mixing the ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
- For the chocolate glaze, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Dip the cooled donuts into the glaze and let set for 5-10 minutes before serving.
