Ingredients

  • 1 cup Wholesome Yum Blanched Almond Flour
  • ¼ cup Besti Monk Fruit Allulose Blend
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • tsp Sea salt
  • ¼ cup Unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a nonstick donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, Besti, baking powder, cinnamon, and sea salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, almond milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry mixtures, stirring gently.
  5. Transfer the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity ¾ full.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow the donuts to cool completely in the pan before removing.
  8. Coat the donuts in Besti Powdered by dipping both sides.
