The Chocolate Glaze

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a standard donut pan with coconut oil.
- In a bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, cocoa powder, sea salt, and baking soda.
- Add the eggs, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla to the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
- Transfer the batter to a plastic bag, snip off a corner, and pipe the batter into the donut pan.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until firm to the touch.
- Cool for 15 minutes, then remove from the pan and cool completely on a wire rack.
- For the glaze, melt together the coconut oil and dark chocolate chips.
- Dunk the cooled donuts into the glaze while it's warm, and allow to set.
