Instructions
- 1. In a food processor, combine coconut flour, cacao powder, salt, and baking soda.
- 2. Add eggs, coconut oil, and maple syrup; pulse until well mixed.
- 3. Fill each donut mold halfway with the batter.
- 4. Bake at 350°F for 15-18 minutes.
- 5. Remove donuts from the pan and cool on a rack.
- 6. Cut a hole in the center of each donut using a paring knife.
- 7. Melt chocolate chips and palm shortening in a saucepan.
- 8. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the donuts and allow to cool before serving.
