Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease the donut pan.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix the coconut flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda.
- 3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup.
- 4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until thick.
- 5. Scoop the dough into the donut pan, shaping it as needed.
- 6. Bake for 18-21 minutes.
- 7. For the glaze, heat the coconut butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil in a saucepan until melted. Adjust thickness with more coconut oil if desired.
- 8. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled donuts.
