Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and grease a donut pan with coconut oil.
- In a medium bowl, mix the coconut flour, cacao powder, salt, baking soda, eggs, oil, maple syrup, and vanilla until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a piping bag or a ziplock bag with a corner cut off, and pipe it into the donut wells.
- Bake the donuts for about 18 minutes until they rise and are firm to the touch.
- While the donuts bake, prepare the glaze by mixing peanut butter, cacao powder, and maple syrup in a small bowl, adding water to reach desired consistency.
- Allow the donuts to cool completely before removing them from the pan.
- Dip each donut into the glaze or spread it on top, and serve immediately.
