Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Spray a donut pan with cooking spray.
- Whisk together the egg and egg whites, then add almond milk, applesauce, and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients and combine them with the wet ingredients.
- Spoon the batter into the donut molds and bake for 23-25 minutes.
- Allow the donuts to cool before removing them from the molds.
- Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes.
- Fry the donuts in the skillet for 20-30 seconds on each side.
- Remove the donuts from the skillet and top with powdered sweetener.
