Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a donut pan.
- Sift the self-rising flour into a mixing bowl and add the other donut ingredients, mixing until a thick dough forms.
- Transfer the batter to a ziplock bag, cut off a corner, and pipe the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity without overfilling.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until done and a skewer comes out clean.
- Cool the donuts in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Prepare the glaze by mixing the confectioners sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth, then dip each cooled donut in the glaze.
