Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175C/350F and grease a 12-count donut pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, sift the self-rising flour and add the coconut oil, maple syrup, and milk, mixing until a thick batter forms.
- Scoop the batter into the donut pan, shaping it to fit the cavities.
- Bake for 13-17 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
- Let the donuts cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Once cool, dip each donut in the chocolate frosting and refrigerate to set.
