  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 whole egg
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the dry ingredients.
  2. Make a well in the middle and add the egg, milk, syrup, vanilla, and coconut oil.
  3. Stir until well combined.
  4. Follow the mini donut maker's directions to make donuts using the batter.
  5. Serve or freeze for later.
