Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flours, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients: eggs, apple cider, Greek yogurt, applesauce, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Prepare two 6-count donut pans with nonstick spray.
- Fill a pastry bag with the batter and pipe it into the donut wells.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the donuts on a wire rack.
- Melt the coconut oil and mix with cinnamon and sugar.
- Coat each donut with the cinnamon-sugar mixture before serving.
