Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and set aside.
- In a stand mixer, beat butter and sugar until fluffy, then add eggs one at a time, followed by ricotta, orange juice, and zest.
- Mix in the dry ingredients and spoon dough onto the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden, then cool on a wire rack.
- For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar and orange juice until smooth, spread on cookies, and drizzle with melted dark chocolate.
