Paleo Cashew Chicken

tapioca flour or arrowroot flour or corn starch

The sauce

cup
coconut aminos or low-sodium soy sauce or tamari

chicken broth

maple syrup

garlic

teaspoons
fresh ginger

crushed red pepper flakes

ground black pepper
Instructions
- Chop the chicken into small pieces and toss in the tapioca flour to coat.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet and cook the chicken for 5-8 minutes until browned.
- Transfer the chicken to a plate and add the remaining oil to the skillet.
- Sauté the broccoli and onion for 3-4 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce by whisking or blending the sauce ingredients together.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, pour the sauce over, and cook for another 5 minutes until everything is cooked through.
- Top with cashews, sesame seeds, and cilantro, then serve.
