Instructions
- 1. Heat a large griddle or pan with cooking spray over medium heat.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients until well combined.
- 3. In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients, excluding the berries and syrup.
- 4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed; adjust thickness with milk if necessary.
- 5. Pour batter onto the pan using a ¼ measuring cup and cook until bubbles form, then flip.
- 6. For the berry syrup, heat the berries and maple syrup in a saucepan until boiling, then simmer until thickened.
- 7. Serve pancakes with the berry syrup on top.
