Instructions
- Roast the broccoli.
- While the broccoli is roasting, whisk together the dressing ingredients in a bowl.
- Cut the cooled broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
- Toss the broccoli with kalamata olives and half of the dressing in a bowl.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and top with almonds, lemon zest, and feta cheese if desired. Drizzle with more dressing as needed and serve at room temperature.
