Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by combining all dressing ingredients in a jar or bowl and mix well.
- Spread frozen broccoli on a baking sheet and preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- Once thawed, cut large broccoli florets into smaller pieces, drizzle with oil and salt, and toss to coat.
- Roast the broccoli for 30 minutes, stirring after 20 minutes, adding almonds after 25 minutes.
- Allow the broccoli and almonds to cool for 5-10 minutes.
- Add chow mein noodles and sliced green onions to the cooled broccoli and stir to combine.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and stir until everything is well coated.
- Serve immediately.
