Immunity Booster Stir-fry

The sauce

The grain

noodles, lentils, rice, etc.
Instructions
- Chop all vegetables and add them to a large skillet.
- Combine the sauce ingredients (lemon juice, EVOO, garlic, ginger, cayenne, vinegar) and stir well.
- Cook the mixture on low-medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve the stir-fry over a bed of grains.
