Ingredients

The Apple Nachos

  • 2 large apples
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

Suggested Toppings (All Optional)

  • ¼ cup granola
  • to taste shredded coconut
  • to taste chocolate chips
  • to taste peanut butter chips

Instructions

  1. Core and slice the apples very thinly.
  2. Arrange the apple slices on a platter or plate.
  3. Melt the peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl, microwaving in 30-second increments and stirring in between.
  4. Drizzle the melted peanut butter over the apple slices.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips in a separate microwave-safe bowl using the same method.
  6. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the apple slices.
  7. Top with granola, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, and/or peanut butter chips as desired.
  8. Serve immediately.
