Instructions
- Core and slice the apples very thinly.
- Arrange the apple slices on a platter or plate.
- Melt the peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl, microwaving in 30-second increments and stirring in between.
- Drizzle the melted peanut butter over the apple slices.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a separate microwave-safe bowl using the same method.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the apple slices.
- Top with granola, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, and/or peanut butter chips as desired.
- Serve immediately.
