Ingredients

  • 2 13.5-oz cans Full-fat coconut milk
  • ¾ cup Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Place a freezer-friendly container or a loaf pan in the freezer.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the mixture into the pre-frozen container and place it in the freezer.
  4. Allow the ice cream to freeze for at least 3-4 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. Let the ice cream thaw for 5 minutes at room temperature before scooping.
