Instructions
- 1. Freeze the bowl of your ice cream maker for at least 24 hours if required.
- 2. Blend the coconut milk, cacao powder, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
- 3. Pour the mixture into the frozen bowl of your ice cream maker and process for 30 to 35 minutes until thick and creamy.
- 4. Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture or transfer to an airtight container and freeze for 4 to 6 hours for a firmer consistency.
- 5. If not using an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a container and freeze for 8 to 10 hours, stirring every hour or two.
