Ingredients

Instructions

  2. 2. Blend the coconut milk, cacao powder, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. 3. Pour the mixture into the frozen bowl of your ice cream maker and process for 30 to 35 minutes until thick and creamy.
  4. 4. Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture or transfer to an airtight container and freeze for 4 to 6 hours for a firmer consistency.
  5. 5. If not using an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a container and freeze for 8 to 10 hours, stirring every hour or two.
