Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
- Grease an 8x8 baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together coconut flour, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, almond milk, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set and lightly golden brown on top.
- Cool completely and refrigerate for at least 8 hours before cutting into nine pieces.
